RETURN SHIPMENTS

Nina Wynn does accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.

For your protection, we suggest the following to ensure your returns are received with out issue:

• Send all returns via a traceable carrier
• Include insurance on your shipped item
• Notify us of your shipment and send us the tracking number before shipment.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

If paying by credit card, the credit card information must be obtained before the order is placed.

A pre-authorization of 30% of the total order is required before the order is processed. However, the credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment.

NON-CONTINENTAL U.S. SHIPPING

Additional shipping fees apply for Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. protectorates and international orders.
