If for any reason your purchase is in need of repair simply fill out this Repair Authorization Form. Please fill out this form and mail it with the repair via a traceable carrier.  Because our jewelry is made in our women's co-operative, the item may be sent overseas for repair.  All repairs take approximately 4-6 weeks and may incur a fee depending on the severity of the repair and/or the length of time from purchase.
